The event was a high school concert to benefit Palmer School's music program. Students from several High Schools came out to support the "future high school musicians" of Palmer School. The high schoolers, Palmer Students, parents, teachers, staff and community members enjoyed an amazing evening of music and fun.

A big thank you also goes out to the people who organized, and helped during the event: Limit to Apocolypse, The Brodies, The Fancy Boys & their crew, Northbrook Garage, and Palmer's staff and parent volunteers.

Everyone at Palmer is grateful for the support of our wonderful community!!!!

This is to notify you in accordance with Illinois and Federal Asbestos Regulations, that a copy of the Asbestos Management Plan is available at each school during school hours by appointment. Requests to review the Asbestos Management Plan must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
 
Also please be advised that CPS conducts asbestos inspections of all schools every three years. The last inspection was completed in 2010. Asbestos surveillances are conducted every six months.

NUMATS is a cost-effective, unbiased and accurate testing program that families and schools can use to assess a student’s academic talents and find appropriate courses and programs. Students take the EXPLORE®, ACT® or SAT® years ahead of schedule and receive extensive information and resources to enhance their academic development. Local test sites are available. Upcoming registration deadlines and test dates are as follows:

Gifted LearningLinks (GLL) online program
K through grade 12

Exceptional online courses for gifted students. Exciting new offerings include family courses and extracurricular clubs. Enrichment courses are available for students in K through grade 8.
